MONICA UZOMA NWOSU

Monica Nwosu is a Business Improvement and Customer Service Expert. She is the Principal Consultant of Freshfountain Consulting Limited. Monica has a postgraduate degree in Environmental Management (Distinction) from University of Lagos and an undergraduate degree in Applied Chemistry from University of Ibadan. She is a notable Management Systems Lead Auditor with expertise in QMS ISO 9001-2008, EMS ISO 14001-2004 and OHSAS ISO 18001-2007. Monica is a member of American Society for Quality (ASQ), a Certified Safety Professional (MNISP) and member of the Enterprise Development Center (EDC) – Pan African University, Member Nigerian Industrial Safety Council (NISCN), Resource Person and Accredited Consultant for the Nigerian Institute of Safety Professionals (NISP) and FATE Foundation. Monica is certified as a Trainer by the Industrial Training Fund (ITF) and Nigerian Institute for Training and Development (NITAD).

Over the past eleven years, she has built up very strong and exceptional competencies in the Implementation and Auditing of Quality Management System (QMS ISO 9001-2008), Environmental Management System (EMS ISO 14001-2004) and Occupational Health and Safety Assessment System (OHSAS ISO 18001-2007). Her competence also covers other related areas in Health, Safety, Security and Environment. In addition to this rich experience and skill in ISO implementation and system certification, she possesses Project Management and Training aptitude. Monica has been involved both as Project Partner and Team Lead in some of the industry acclaimed ISO certification projects for top companies like Chams Pls, Chams Access Limited, Superflux International Limited, Mouka Limited, Cyberspace Network Limited, Chellarams Plc, Guinness Nigeria Plc, WAPCO Nigeria Plc, Academy Press Plc, Card Center Limited, Lucky Fibre Limited, Raeanna Telecommunications Limited, Coleman Cables & Wires Limited etc.

She presently sits as the Welfare Director of Nigerian Institute of Safety Professionals, Lagos State where she is driving key initiatives between the Institute and Lagos State Safety Commission. A confident leader and strategic thinker, Monica is thorough and proactive in proffering solutions to clients’ needs. She is actively involved in charity work via her pet project- Willing Hearts International.

OGBO AWOKE OGBO

Ogbo Awoke Ogbo is a GIS, EIA and Quality Assurance Specialist. He holds a Masters degree in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and worked as specialist in Chevron for six years and Shell for five years. In Chevron and Shell, he was responsible for the quality control and assurance of the spatial data infrastructure. He oversaw the GIS system architecture design and implementation and provided key geomantic support for various oil and gas industry projects including the Offshore Gas Gathering System (OGGS) pipeline route optimisation, Niger Delta shoreline Environmental Sensitivity Index (ESI) mapping, the Nigerian Concessions data project and the more recent multi-billion dollar Olokola LNG project.

Amaechi is a lead Auditor in QMS, EMS and OHSAS. He spent over 20 years in various Strategic and Management positions in Standards Organisation of Nigeria (SON) where he actively developed the framework and anchored the implementation of the ISO series standards. He participated in various sessions (with British Standard Institute and ISO) bordering on ISO standards implementation both within and outside Nigeria as a research fellow and scholar.  He is HACCP certified and is a registered Quality Manager with the American Association of Quality.

Dr. Chiedozie Egesi anchors the research and development portfolio of Freshfountain Consulting Limited. He has a PhD in Agricultural Biology (2001) and a Masters of Science (Genetics/Biology (1997) from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. As a renowned researcher and trainer, he has over 100 publications in highly rated journals both within and outside Nigeria. Dr. Chiedozie was a research fellow with the International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA) Ibadan, Nigeria for over 7 years and also a postdoctoral researcher of the International Center for Tropical Agriculture (CIAT) Colombia between 2005 and fall 2007. Dr. Chiedozie brings to bear his global in depth research, presentation and training skills to all the projects of Freshfountain Consulting Limited. He is also a versatile and multi-skilled project Manager.

Barrister Martins Akpaka is the Legal Adviser/Company Secretary of Freshfountain Consulting Limited. He holds a bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Calabar (1984) Nigeria. Martins has over 15 years experience with focus on Corporate Legal Services, Management structure, Due diligence and Quality Assurance. As part of His deliverables, he makes unique inputs bothering on all legal aspects of the company’s projects and advises our clients on global best practices.
